The food was extremely good I went back in January as I was traveling to Philly and forgot to leave a review for this gem. They place Latin music which I enjoyed. Service was good they were very attentive and brought out everything fresh. I liked it so much we ate there twice two days back to back. Todo estuvo muy bueno el servicio, la comida, el ambiente. Me gusto tanto que fui dos días seguidos mientras visitaba la ciudad de Philly.
We drove around all of Philly trying to find a place to eat on a Sunday. La Casa Dem Mofongo was probably the only place open on the block. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by staff and seated. The music was loud and everyone was enjoying their meal and listening to music. The place is a bit small and can get packed, but they also offer takeout. I recommend calling in to order your food and pick it up. The wait is not long at all and they will make sure you have everything before you walk out. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious and hot. I have no complaints! I will be visiting again when I am in town.
First time eating at this place and have to say that I love it , I order a pechuga asada con vegetales and it Eneas great and the jugos were perfect just the way I like them , I will definitely recommend it and also we are coming back
I ate there today at 230 and I'm still full and satisfied and ready to party tonight. I don't know how anyone couldn't like their food if they're going to them specifically for Mofongo. Almost taste like moms
